Refund policy

Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or an exchange by emailing hello@pimpan.fr with your order number. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging (unworn for a refund). Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
Please send the item to: Pimpan, 92 avenue Niel, 75017 Paris, France. Include your order number in the parcel; we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping is at your expense: we do not provide return labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Once we receive the item, we will send you the new size or the new item at our expense.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
